Terms of Use

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of websites operated by Crunch Consulting, LLC (“Crunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including crunchconsult.com and related domains that display these terms. By using the site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website information is not professional advice

The site provides general educational and informational content only. It is not tax, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Using the site, sending a message, or scheduling a consultation does not create a professional-client relationship. A professional-client relationship begins only after Crunch accepts an engagement in writing.

Services and separate agreements

Descriptions of services, pricing, availability, and estimated response times are informational and may change. Any services we provide are governed by a separate proposal, engagement letter, statement of work, or other written agreement. If these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement concerning professional services, the signed engagement agreement controls for those services.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You may not misuse the site; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means in a manner that burdens the site; impersonate another person; or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, and layout, are owned by or licensed to Crunch and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own lawful use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

Third-party websites and tools

The site may link to third-party websites, scheduling tools, payment services, software platforms, and other resources. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that all content will always be complete or current.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crunch and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crunch and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Computer security

You must not attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems or engage in conduct prohibited by applicable computer-security laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 1030, commonly known as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. We may report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
